As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. You wil work with Exact administration software, so experience with this system is a strong plus.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial/administrative role
- Solid accounting background and knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Completed associates degree (MBO/ EPI) in administration
- Experience with Exact and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proactive, reliable, and a good communicator
Key responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming local and international invoices
- Monitor payment deadlines and prepare payment batches
- Maintain and update supplier records
- Bank reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records on a monthly basis
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with the finance team and other departments
- Cost calculation of inventory
